Kathleen brings more than 25 years of experience in the Architecture and Engineering (A/E) industry, with a career spanning both firm-wide financial management and oversight of large, multi-project teams. An Oregon Executive MBA graduate (2007), she combines deep financial expertise with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Kathleen enjoys analyzing financial performance, identifying both strengths and areas of risk, and developing practical strategies that principals and owners can use to mitigate exposure. She works comfortably across all levels of an organization, creating efficiencies in accounting processes, explaining project and firm financials in accessible terms, and helping teams connect day-to-day decisions with overall firm profitability.
